The support and comfort of K2's patented SoftBoot, with larger 90mm 83A wheels (TwinCam ILQ7 Bearings) and die-cast aluminum frames (not adjustable - not removable) to boost speed and performance. They can be skated recreationally, but there are other options if you are just looking to putt-around. They work better as low-maintenance fitness (or cross-training) skates that feel great right out of the box. BOA Lacing (guaranteed for life) is hugely popular. It allows for a perfectly even wrap, pulling from all directions at the same time with the simple turn of a dial.
